SCC and Vinge co-organize a Seminar in Resolving Commercial Disputes

The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the Swedish law firm Vinge are jointly organizing a seminar to take place in Beijing on 27 February concerning international arbitrations conducted in Sweden, and especially concerning China related arbitrations in Sweden. Another seminar on the same subject will take place in Shanghai on 2 March. No fee will be charged to attend the seminars. For further details about the seminars.

All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
