Beijing Arbitration Commission

Beijing Arbitration Quarterly was founded in 1995 known as Beijing Arbitration Newsletter at the time, and was renamed Beijing Arbitration Quarterly in 2002. It was formerly an internal newsletter, and then started its publication as a quarterly journal in June, 2004 from vol. 51. Since then, Beijing Arbitration Quarterly has stuck to its practically oriented editing style, and has endeavored to provide arbitration practitioners with an opportunity of sharing dispute resolution experience, academics with abundant materials for theoretical research, and readers interested in ADRs with rich knowledge and useful information. It is in the hope of promoting arbitration, mediation, and other forms of ADR and keeping an account of the development thereof in China that Beijing Arbitration Quarterly makes its best efforts, which is well received and widely supported by readers.
