On the morning of October 18, 2012, a delegation of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board made up of its director Kweon, Daisoo, team leader Kim, Taehoon, and agent Yi, Jungyong visited the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) with a view of strengthening cooperation between the two sides through communication.
On behalf of BAC, deputy director Wang Hongsong, general secretary Lin Zhiwei and department chief Chen Fuyong warmly greeted the party led by director Kweon, Daisoo and had in depth communication with them on the outline of the arbitration systems of the two countries. Wang Hongsong introduced the history and current business of BAC; General secretary Lin Zhiwei highlighted the institutional nature of BAC. Their presentations aroused keen interest among the delegation members in the development history and institutional nature of BAC. They hoped to start long term communication and cooperation with BAC and invited BAC to pay a return visit. Wang Hongsong extended sincere thanks for the invitation on behalf of BAC and agreed on the necessity to cooperate. Both parties also communicated friendly on other issues concerning arbitration systems of Korea and China.

After the meeting, Director Kweon, Daisoo presented BAC with a gift and extended sincere thanks for the detailed presentations made by Wang Hongsong and Lin Zhiwei.
