Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) is sponsoring a full-tuition scholarship for Pepperdine's International Commercial Arbitration LLM (ICA-LLM). BAC is pleased to announce that all qualified applicants who are pursuing an ICA-LLM degree will be evaluated only by the academic standards that Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution (Straus) made. Straus holds the final authority of awarding the scholarship without concerning a specific nationality. All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
