From March 20 to 29, 2013, MSOD (Master of Science of Organization Development) project team of Graziadio School of Business and Management of Pepperdine University in Southern California of America (hereinafter referred to as the project team) visited BAC for the eighth time.
MSOD is a postgraduate program tailored for the business elites with senior management experience, and enjoys a highly regarded reputation in America. Most of the trainees are senior executives of famous companies in America, relating to many professional fields including finance, law, public relations, human resources, etc.. The program focuses on studies of Organizational Management & Development and adopts the format of a case study by selecting different types of organizations at different development levels around the world as subjects of studies.

Current research topic of MSOD project team was institutional expansion and platform construction of the Mediation Center of BAC. MSOD project team, from the perspective of jointly constructing a new platform of dispute resolution and focusing on the topic of further cooperation and mutual benefit between the Mediation Center of BAC and other mediation centers, offered constructive suggestions for platform construction and industrial cooperation of the Mediation Center of BAC, by comparative study of Chinese mediation organizations and study of organizational structure and development goals of the Mediation Center of BAC, combining the interview with administrative staff members of other domestic mediation organizations and mediators and staff members of BAC.
Before current activity of MSOD project finished, the project team held a keynote seminar, conducting a systematic and detailed analysis of the matters that should be paid attention to and problems possibly existing during initial construction, cooperative operation, relationship maintenance and evaluative feedback of the cooperative platform of the Mediation Center of BAC and providing specific resolutions with pertinence. Ms. Wang Hongsong, the deputy director of BAC, presented at the seminar, listening to the report of the project team with staff members of BAC and conducting an intensive and friendly communication and discussion with members of the project team as to relevant issues.
