On April 11, 2013, a party of six persons including Zhang Yulu, the office director of Liaocheng Arbitration Commission, visited BAC for communication and received a warm welcome form Lin Zhiwei, the secretary general of BAC, Ding Jianyong, the director of Business Department One, and Chen Liangyu, the deputy director of Business Department One.

Director Ding and deputy director Chen introduced to the distinguished guests the historical evolution and current state of development of BAC. Both sides carried out a highly effective sharing and communication of experience as to the process management of arbitration cases, group management of arbitrators and institutional construction of organizations. The meeting came to a successful conclusion in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
Before the meeting, the party including Director Zhang, accompanied by Director Ding and deputy director Chen, visited modern office premise and service facilities of BAC.
