Dear arbitrators,
For long, BAC arbitrators have been contributing to BAC’s development with gift of good books. Now, for better management of these books and for enhancement of BAC as a research, training and dissemination center of China’s commercial dispute resolution, we set up a special “Arbitrator Contribution” section in our library for the collection and display of books written, edited, or just contributed by our arbitrators. The details are as follows:
I. Purpose of the “Arbitrator Contribution” section
The “Arbitrator Contribution” section is intended to be a window to showcase BAC arbitrators’ research ability and academic achievements, and also to be a platform of learning and exchanges for arbitrators. As our “Arbitrator Salon” on paper, the “Arbitrator Contribution” aims to advance research capacity in ADR by providing good research materials to experts and researchers.
The section will accept contributions on a permanent basis.
II. Scope of contributions
Contributions to the section shall be books related to BAC arbitrators, including but not limited to: books written, translated, edited, compiled, reviewed or planned by BAC arbitrator(s).
Subjects of these books could be law, economy, management, etc.; books related to ADR are preferable.
A few words on the title page from the contributor are appreciated.
One copy for each book.
III. Use of the books
Once accepted, books will be put under careful maintenance for use and circulation, and will not be returned. The section’s catalogue will be published on line regularly for reference.
