    International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) is a worldwide non-governmental organization and one of the most authoritative international organizations in the field of commercial arbitration. Its biennial Congress is recognized to be a grand international event in the arbitration community. The 22nd ICCA Congress is to be held in Miami, Florida in April 2014, based on the theme of “Legitimacy: Myths, Realities, Challenges” of international arbitration.
