Published under the guidance of the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (hereinafter referred to as "BAC/BIAC") , and with the support of the leading dispute resolution practitioners, the Commercial Dispute Resolution in China: An Annual Review and Preview (hereinafter referred to as the "Annual Review and Preview") has witnessed and demonstrated the rapid development of China's dispute resolution industry in recent years. Since 2013, the Annual Review and Preview has become a major source of information concerning the dispute resolution practice in China for both practice and academic circles at home and abroad and has been highly recognized by experts in the industry.
With the assistance and support of Wolters Kluwer and China Legal Publishing House, BAC/BIAC officially launched the English e-book of the Annual Review and Preview(2020) and expanded the online sales channels of the Chinese version, so as to share the development of China's dispute resolution industry with more readers.

All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
