The Eighth BAC Essay Competition on Commercial Arbitration for College Students Results

The Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center (the “BAC”), sticking to the idea of promoting arbitration culture and cultivating arbitration talents, successfully hosted the Eighth BAC Essay Competition on Commercial Arbitration for College Students in 2020. The evaluation team of the competition has held preliminary evaluation, re-evaluation and oral defence, where all the essays submitted have been carefully reviewed and selected. Thereafter, the winning papers and awards thereof are finally determined.
The winning essays determined by the evaluation team are hereby announced as follows (in random order for the same award level):
For any objection to the above winning essays, please contact the BAC before October 13 2020 and provide reasons, factual ground and supporting evidence. The evaluation team will review and make a decision on it. The BAC once again extend its thanks to all the participants’ attention and support to this competition.

All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
