According to the MOU, the BAC/BIAC will collaborate with the CEIA and the CIAM-CIAR on conference cooperation, research and publications, and the sharing of arbitration facilities. This collaboration aims to share the latest developments and practices in related fields, further promoting the development of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services in China and Spain.
The cooperation between the BAC/BIAC, the CEIA, and the CIAM-CIAR enhances the recognition and influence of the BAC/BAIC in Europe. It provides an important foundation for the establishment of the International Commercial Arbitration Hub (Beijing) with the support of European arbitration users. This collaboration will also offer more efficient and convenient dispute resolution services for Sino-European trade and economic exchanges.
